Suspension chain commonly used heat treatment methods: annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering, carburizing, nitriding, carburizing, carburizing, boronizing. Aging treatment has artificial aging treatment, natural aging treatment.
Annealing: heat the workpiece to 30 -- 50 degrees above Ac3. After a certain period of heat preservation, cool the workpiece slowly in the space with the furnace cooling to 500 degrees.
An operation in which steel parts are heated to Ac3 or above and the suspension chain is removed from the furnace to cool in the air after heat preservation.
Quenching, heating steel parts to Ac3 or Ac1 or above, cooling rapidly in water, oil and other cooling fluids after heat preservation, has obtained unstable tissue.
A heat treatment process in which the hardened steel is reheated to a temperature below Ac1 and cooled to room temperature after heat preservation.
Natural aging treatment, the aging phenomenon that occurs when the workpiece is placed at room temperature or under natural conditions for a long time, is called natural aging treatment.
Manual aging treatment, the use of the workpiece to heat the hanging chain to a higher temperature, and a shorter time for the aging process called artificial aging treatment.
